Registration for the 2018 race will open on December 16, 2017 at 9AM. Registration will close on April 15th, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. Click the Ultrasignup banner below to be taken to the registration page. 

The non-refundable registration fee will be $150. The entrant cap is 175 runners. In the event that the race fills up, all runners signing up for the race will be placed on a wait list. You will be asked for all relevant information on the wait list, however you will not be charged the entry fee. If someone backs out of the race and we have room for you a confirmation email will be sent to you to accept or decline your spot in the race. If you accept, your entry fee will be charged and you will be officially added to the entrant list.


If you decline the next runner on the wait list will be offered a spot in your place, and so on. Anticipating no-shows on race day, at the close of registration on  April 15th at 11:59PM EST, the first 10 runners on the wait list will be automatically offered spots on in the race. No further auto spots will be offered if these spots are declined. Due to the associated logistical problems, there will be absolutely no runners allowed entry into the race following the close of registration on April 15th.

Race Premiums


We will again be offering race premiums for the 2018 event, however we no longer offer color choice for the premiums. There will be two race premiums: a Patagonia Houdini Jacket (optional) and a Patagonia tank top (included with registration). Colors will be chosen by race management once the 2018 Patagonia catalog comes out. 

Note:  Only orders placed before March 1st, 2018 for tank tops will be guaranteed the size ordered. Additional tank tops will be ordered and handed out at packet pickup on a first come first serve basis for runners registering after that date.


The optional race premium will be a Patagonia Houdini Running Jacket (men's and women's models), and it will cost $75, including the race logo on the front. Color options will be determined once the spring catalog has been released. If you would like to buy a jacket you will need to do register before February 23rd, 2018 so we can place the order and have them printed in time for the race. Note there are men's and women's sizes so when you are registering be sure to select the size for your gender.

New: If you are not running the race but you would like to purchase a race premium (maybe you did the race previously and did not buy it then), then you may purchase on from this link (will be updated after registration opens). Note: the premiums do not say "finisher" or anything of that sort so they are not just for runners. If you purchase a premium in this manner you must still pick it up on race weekend, it will not me mailed to you!

 

Refunds


Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds to those who will be unable to make the race due to any number of complicating circumstances.


Deferrals


We do not offer deferrals for future race years.


Pre-race Pasta Dinner (optional)


The Friday before the race we will be holding a pre-race pasta dinner at Camp Manidokan (Race Start/Finish), this is optional and you may purchase tickets at registration for yourself or any family/friend who would attend with you. The meal will feature meat and vegan options and we will follow up the meal with a brief Q&A session.

Post-race Meal/Buckle Ceremony


The post race meal is now included in all registrations. We want to encourage all runners to get together and socialize in addition to cheering on the final finishers. The menu will be catered by TBD and it will feature a BBQ-style menu with vegan friendly options. We will provide drinks to go with the meal. Food will begin being served at 11am and will be served until all runners have crossed the finish line (1pm). After all runners have crossed the finish line finisher's buckles will be awarded (~1PM).
